President Don Herr called the meeting to order in Whistle's backroom at 8:25PM.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Don Herr. Approved.

The Treasurer's report was given by Jan Herr. $1125 was spent on Elk Mt. vouchers. The balance is about $1,300. Accepted.

Committee Reports:

Anniversary: Bill Hiller reported on the progress with the 50th Anniversary Party.

Contact Lorna Lucarino about this Sunday's Wyoming Valley Ski Club party at Elk Mt.

Contact Leo Brunori about the Spring Fling Dance with the Poets on April 5.

Call Bev Chisdock with a detailed message to sign up for the Belleayre trip on March 14.

The Eastern PA Ski Council trip next year will be to Killington. Is anyone interested in running it? The trip in 2010 will be to Steamboat or Heavenly.

Bev Chisdock will possibly run a ski trip next year to Sun Valley, Idaho.

Jan Herr reviewed Bon Ton Community Day on March 1st. Members volunteered to sell coupon booklets that day and beforehand.

Monica Drury reported that she and Lynn Johnson joined the ski trip to Quebec advertised in the Newsletter and had an excellent time.

New Business:

A Demo Day will be held at Elk Mt. on Friday, Feb. 29

See Bill Hiller if you're interested in a bus trip to Atlantic City on March 1.

This year's Road Rally will be a the Hillers, probably on a Sunday in August.

Don Herr advised staying tuned for Golf League information.

The 50/50 drawing of ? was won by Jan Herr. A motion to adjourn was made by Joan LaTorre and seconded by Art Williams. The President adjourned the meeting at 8:50.
